AI Mailbox Handler for Australian businesses
AiBorz AI Mailbox Handler helps Australian businesses turn overloaded shared inboxes into managed AI workflows. It classifies emails, routes work to the right person, drafts replies from approved business knowledge and escalates risky messages - human-approved by default.
Draft-only by default · Flexible email-system support via OpenClaw · No payment, bank-detail, legal or HR decisions
Built for sales@, info@, support@, admin@ and bookings@ inboxes where leads, customer issues and follow-ups get missed.
Launch pilot now open
AiBorz is onboarding a small number of Australian businesses for the AI Mailbox Handler launch pilot. Start with one approved inbox, draft-only by default, from A$500/month + GST + setup.
Pilot clients receive founder-led workflow mapping and additional early optimisation while the product is being refined.
Start with one approved inbox
The easiest place to get practical value from AI is the place your business already works every day: email. AiBorz starts with one approved inbox, maps the workflow, connects approved business knowledge, creates safe escalation rules and launches in draft-only mode first.
Leads, support questions, bookings, supplier messages, complaints, finance-risk emails, follow-ups and low-priority noise.
Internal summaries, owners, risk notes and recommended next actions go to the right person or team.
Replies are prepared in the business tone using approved knowledge, ready for human review by default.
Legal, HR, refund, bank-detail, payment, safety and unusual requests are escalated instead of guessed.
After booking
Mailbox AI only works when the rules are clear. The fit check is designed to work out whether your inbox is suitable and what the first safe setup should be.
We look at which inbox is overloaded, what types of messages arrive and where the real risk or time drain is.
We define categories, routing rules, escalation triggers, approval owners and what the AI must never do.
We use approved FAQs, policies, service notes, product information and response examples. The AI should not guess outside approved knowledge.
The AI classifies, summarises and drafts while humans approve important replies.
AiBorz improves categories, drafts, routing and exception handling based on real use.
Example output
Fictional examples showing the summary, classification, risk note, routed owner, next action and draft reply a team can review.
Draft reply: Hi Sarah, thanks for getting in touch. We can help you work out the best next step. Could you please confirm the location, timing and any specific requirements?
Draft reply: Hi Michael, thanks for letting us know and I am sorry this has taken longer than it should have. I have flagged this with the team now so we can review it properly.
Draft reply: No external reply drafted automatically. This message has been escalated because it involves bank details.
Draft reply: Hi Alex, thanks for your enquiry. I have flagged this with our sales team so they can confirm availability and next steps. Could you please confirm the model you are interested in, your preferred contact number and whether you have a trade-in?
Draft reply: Hi Priya, thanks for your message. Based on our current service information, we can help in the areas listed on our service page. Please send through your suburb, preferred timing and a short description of what you need.
Founder trust
AiBorz was founded by Alborz Fallah, co-founder of CarExpert and CarAdvice. Alborz has spent years building high-volume digital businesses where leads, customer emails, content, operations and staff handovers need to move quickly and reliably.
The AI Mailbox Handler was designed around a practical operator problem: how do you make business email faster, safer and easier to manage without giving an unsupervised AI full control?
How it works
The system watches approved inboxes and reads the useful customer-authored message.
It identifies intent, urgency, likely owner, risk and whether a reply is needed.
It checks approved FAQs, policies, product notes, service rules and response examples.
It sends a summary, recommended action, risk notes and original message to the right owner.
It drafts responses for review by default. Approved low-risk sending can be enabled only for response types the business has tested and authorised.
Safety boundaries
Draft-only by default. Approved low-risk responses only after testing. Sensitive messages are escalated.
Managed service
Off-the-shelf AI email tools can help individuals write faster. AiBorz is different. We configure a managed inbox workflow around your actual business: categories, routing rules, escalation triggers, approved answers, do-not-say guidance, approval owners and monthly optimisation.
The goal is not just faster writing. The goal is fewer missed leads, cleaner handovers, safer replies and an inbox process your team can actually use.

FAQ
Not by default. The standard setup is draft-only. Low-risk approved responses can be enabled only after testing, written approval and clear escalation rules.
AiBorz runs on a flexible OpenClaw agent layer, so the Mailbox Handler can usually be scoped for Google Workspace/Gmail, Microsoft 365/Outlook, shared mailboxes, IMAP-based accounts, website form inboxes, CRM inboxes and helpdesk platforms where access is practical.
AiBorz is a managed service. We map the workflow, define categories, connect approved knowledge, test drafts, set escalation triggers and optimise over time.
Yes. It can use approved public pages, internal documents, FAQs, policies, service notes and response examples as a knowledgebase. If the approved knowledge does not support an answer, the message should be escalated.
It can classify, summarise and route accounts-related emails. It should not approve payments, change bank details, authorise refunds or make financial decisions.
Sensitive emails are flagged and escalated to approved people, including legal threats, refund demands, payment issues, supplier bank-detail changes, HR matters, medical or safety issues and angry customers.
Client mailbox data is not used to train public AI models by default. Approved providers, model settings and data-handling terms are confirmed before paid mailbox access.
Storage and logging depend on the agreed workflow. The proposal defines what is processed, retained, for how long and how it is deleted on cancellation or offboarding.
No. The product assists your team. Humans remain in control of important replies, sensitive communications and business decisions.
