What affects price?

The inbox may be simple. The rules around it matter.

Email volumeMore messages usually means more categories, routing rules, exceptions and review needs.
Knowledgebase qualityClean FAQs, policies, product information and response examples make safer draft replies and approved responses easier.
Approval requirementsDraft-only workflows are simpler. Approved sending rules require more testing, clearer boundaries and stronger escalation logic.
IntegrationsTask, CRM, helpdesk, calendar or reporting updates are scoped separately where practical.

Managed service

Managed service, not another AI email app

Off-the-shelf AI email tools can help individuals write faster. AiBorz is different. We configure a managed inbox workflow around your actual business: categories, routing rules, escalation triggers, approved answers, do-not-say guidance, approval owners and monthly optimisation.

The goal is not just faster writing. The goal is fewer missed leads, cleaner handovers, safer replies and an inbox process your team can actually use.

Self-serve AI email softwareUser configures the tool themselves. Usually focused on personal productivity. Buyer still manages exceptions.
AiBorz AI Mailbox HandlerAiBorz maps, configures and optimises the workflow around shared inboxes, team handover, approved knowledge and escalation rules.

FAQ

Common questions

Does the AI send emails by itself?

Not by default. The standard setup is draft-only. Low-risk approved responses can be enabled only after testing, written approval and clear escalation rules.

Can it work with our email system?

AiBorz runs on a flexible OpenClaw agent layer, so the Mailbox Handler can usually be scoped for Google Workspace/Gmail, Microsoft 365/Outlook, shared mailboxes, IMAP-based accounts, website form inboxes, CRM inboxes and helpdesk platforms where access is practical.

Why does it cost more than an AI email app?

AiBorz is a managed service. We map the workflow, define categories, connect approved knowledge, test drafts, set escalation triggers and optimise over time.

Can it use our website, documents or FAQs?

Yes. It can use approved public pages, internal documents, FAQs, policies, service notes and response examples as a knowledgebase. If the approved knowledge does not support an answer, the message should be escalated.

Can it handle accounts emails?

It can classify, summarise and route accounts-related emails. It should not approve payments, change bank details, authorise refunds or make financial decisions.

What happens with sensitive emails?

Sensitive emails are flagged and escalated to approved people, including legal threats, refund demands, payment issues, supplier bank-detail changes, HR matters, medical or safety issues and angry customers.

Will it use our data to train public AI models?

Client mailbox data is not used to train public AI models by default. Approved providers, model settings and data-handling terms are confirmed before paid mailbox access.

Does AiBorz store our emails?

Storage and logging depend on the agreed workflow. The proposal defines what is processed, retained, for how long and how it is deleted on cancellation or offboarding.

Can this replace our staff?

No. The product assists your team. Humans remain in control of important replies, sensitive communications and business decisions.

FAQ

Pricing and setup questions

How quickly can it go live?

Setup timing depends on inbox complexity, email volume, access requirements, knowledgebase quality and how quickly business rules are approved. Most clients should expect a staged launch: fit check, workflow mapping, draft-only testing, then controlled go-live.

What makes a mailbox unsuitable?

A mailbox may not be suitable if it mainly contains highly sensitive legal, HR, medical, financial or regulated communications; if secure access cannot be provided; if there is no human owner for approvals; or if the business does not have clear rules for what the AI can and cannot do.
