Founder

Built by Alborz Fallah

AiBorz exists because most businesses do not need another AI demo. They need a safe, practical way to make everyday work faster.

AiBorz was founded by Alborz Fallah, co-founder of CarExpert and CarAdvice. Alborz's public CarExpert profile describes him as a serial entrepreneur with a passion for technology and cars, a co-founder of CarExpert, and a driving force in digital automotive media since launching CarAdvice in 2006. CarAdvice was later sold to Nine and rebranded as Drive. His public profile also says he has had more than 15 businesses to his name and is an Honorary Adjunct Professor at the University of Queensland.

Why that matters

Why that matters for AiBorz

AiBorz is built from an operator's view of AI. In high-volume digital businesses, work does not fail only because people lack tools. It fails because leads sit in inboxes, customer issues are not routed, repeated questions are answered inconsistently, finance-risk emails look routine, and busy people lose context between systems.

The first AiBorz product is the AI Mailbox Handler because email is where so much business work already happens: new leads, support issues, admin, supplier requests, bookings, finance questions and follow-ups. When that inbox is overloaded, businesses lose time, miss opportunities and create inconsistent customer experiences.

Operator-led AI

Operator-led AI, not AI theatre

The AiBorz approach is intentionally practical. Start with one approved inbox. Map the workflow. Define what the AI can and cannot do. Connect approved business knowledge. Launch draft-only first. Escalate risky messages. Review and improve the workflow over time.

The goal is not to hand your business to an unsupervised bot. The goal is to make the inbox easier to manage while humans stay in control of important replies and decisions.

Why human approval matters

Email contains commercial information, customer data, staff issues, supplier requests, payment questions, complaints and edge cases. AiBorz is designed around human approval by default, least-access principles and escalation rules for sensitive messages.

What AiBorz is here to build

AiBorz builds managed AI workflows that do useful work inside real businesses. The first product is the AI Mailbox Handler. From there, the same operating approach can expand into CRM updates, reporting, support workflows, finance admin, knowledgebase operations and other controlled business processes.

Start with one inbox

One approved inbox makes the workflow easier to scope, test, govern and improve before expanding into broader operations.
