AiBorz is operated by 200 PTY LTD (ACN 686 068 780). These website terms apply to use of the AiBorz website. Paid AI Mailbox Handler work is governed by a separate proposal, scope and service agreement.

Draft-only default
AI Mailbox Handler is draft-only by default and is not sold as an unsupervised autonomous sender.
No guaranteed outcome
No business outcome, response-time improvement, lead increase or cost saving is guaranteed.
Blocked decisions
The service does not approve payments, bank-detail changes, legal/HR/medical decisions, financial decisions or replacement of business judgement.
Third-party tools
AI models, SaaS platforms, connectors, hosting, analytics and integrations remain subject to their provider terms.
Client responsibility
The client remains responsible for approving sensitive communications, maintaining accurate knowledgebase/source material and confirming business rules.
Public form limits
Do not submit confidential inbox content, passwords, customer records or sensitive business data through public website forms.
No legal, privacy or security advice
The website explains the AiBorz service at a general level. It is not legal, privacy, cyber-security, financial, medical, employment or professional advice. Clients remain responsible for obtaining their own professional advice where needed.
Mailbox access
Any mailbox, CRM, helpdesk, document or workflow access must be separately approved and scoped. Access, permissions, logging, retention, deletion and offboarding are defined in the paid scope or service agreement.
